In 2012, MAUL launched the Leadership Training Program (LTP) – a graduate development initiative that offers talented graduates the opportunity to work in healthcare supply chain management. The LTP is part of MAUL’s strategies to develop future leaders who are able to build on today’s successes and meet tomorrow’s challenges.

The program also includes structured supervisory experience, which exposes the trainees to people management and forms the basis for further development. Trainees are ultimately recruited for a permanent position or supported in their search for employment in other areas.
The Leadership Training Program follows the following five-step process:
In 2012, 12 graduates participated in the Leadership Training Program, of which five were given permanent positions at MAUL.
